Independent social care reports for individuals under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the Irish High Court. Prepared to a professional standard suitable for court, with clear structure and conclusions. Court attendance available if required.

Commissioned by solicitors, the HSE and care providers to inform placement decisions, care planning and service suitability — delivered as a clear written report with practical recommendations.
Organisational consultancy
Practical consultancy for care providers on service quality, HIQA inspection readiness and operational improvement — informed by senior management experience and Lean Sigma practice. Also available:
